Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Customers can exchange any Diamond, Precious Gems, Gold jewelry purchased online by returning the product to the registered address mentioned at our website only.

Products can be exchanged within 14 days at full value, provided the jewelry is in its original condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with any accompanying certificates or documents.

Gift Cards are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange After 14 Days of Purchase:

For exchanges requested after 14 days from the original purchase date, the exchange value will be determined based on the prevailing purchasing rates at the time of exchange after deducting manufacturing costs, stone weights and any other non-gold components.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will gladly accept items for exchange within 14 days of your original purchase along with the sales receipt and original packaging at our store in Bahrain.

For exchanging the products, Shipping from customer to the store will be covered by customer and shipping back to customer will be covered by Mauna Jewelry.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale, Promotional or Special Offer items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

All exchange/buyback will be subject to a quality check by our Quality department or by a certified laboratory as required, which can take up to 4 to 7 working days.

The exchanged product must be in its original condition, accompanied by the original invoice and any accompanying certificates or documents.

Exchange service without deducting making charges, is available only for the unused jewelry item, within 14 days of purchase.

The exchange value will be adjusted against the new product selected by the customer. Any additional price difference of a new product must be paid by the customer.

Exchange policies will not be applicable on promotional and Special Offers products .

Customized Tailor made or altered products are not covered by the Exchange within 14 days policy. 

In case a customer desires to exchange customized jewelry, “Exchange after 14 days of purchase” and Buyback policies will be applicable.

VAT charges and Credit Card commission fees are applicable based on the local law, to be borne by the customer.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Juffair, Kingdom of Bahrain.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
